Returns And Exchange Policy

Upon receiving items using our cash on delivery service, returns will then not be accepted. However, should you receive a faulty product, a replacement or an exchange can be claimed.

In case we are out of stock, a full refund will be granted for faulty products.

You will have a 10 days period to replace or exchange the product if it was faulty, after the 10 days even faulty products can not be replaced or exchanged. 

Orders can only be canceled if they were not shipped, normally the items get shipped at 5pm, Example : You order at 2pm, you have 3 hours to cancel your order free of charge, you order at 12am you have 17 hours to cancel your order free of charge. Any orders canceled after 5pm will be charged 30 AED payed to the courier company as delivery charges.
